Jobs and the Economy:

Creswell’s unemployment rate is above the State average. This is unacceptable. Many of us are suffering and it’s time for our elected leaders to do something to fix the problem. Jacob will focus on the barriers that limit economic growth and job creation. Jacob believes we need more people willing to stand for business interests in order to get our City back on track. Jacob will vote against ordinances that hurt business growth and expansion, will support ordinances that reduce unnecessary regulations on businesses, and he will work to build relationships with outside businesses and create incentives for businesses to come to Creswell.

Transparency and Accountability:

We need to restore trust in our City government. Jacob will work to make public officials and city staff accountable to the people. Part of making staff and elected officials accountable is to make government transparent. Jacob will support all reasonable measures to ensure transparency, and will always make himself available to the people of Creswell.
